TRANSFORMATIONAL
BREATHWORK

Breathwork for transformation. Conscious connected breathwork - liberate yourself from fear and guilt. Break through emotional barriers.

Transformational breathwork is a focused and guided journey using conscious connected breathing, which acts to bypass the conscious mind to allow you to access deep parts of your psyche. This process can assist in releasing trauma, mental, physical and emotional blockages as well as enable you to address addictions, unhealthy patterns of behaviour, anxiety, depression, fear, grief, guilt and anger.

During this process of release, you can experience renewed clarity along with a sense of peace, gratitude, forgiveness, communication and connection. The session is designed to allow you to fully immerse yourself into the experience, whilst being guided and supported by the facilitator Keira, in order to assist you to make deep and meaningful positive changes in your life.

You will leave feeling :
Calmer with greater clarity and renewed sense of purpose, well-being and happy. You will release serotonin and endorphins to bring you joy, harmony and positivity to every cell of your body. You will boost your immune system and connect deeply with yourself. You will feel completely lighter and at peace having made space for positive outcomes.

Conscious Connected Breathing uses full movement of the diaphragm which helps you regulate your nervous system and help you to step into your full power. The technique itself is a two part inhale into the lower abdomen and chest followed by a passive, surrendered, soft, “let go” exhale. Intentionally connecting the inhales and exhales without any pauses.

Transformational Breathwork

"This was my third breathwork session. I've had a different experience each time, this one was by far the most emotional for me. I have now become so much more comfortable with the whole process.

Having had a life of different traumas, I've tried numerous therapies to heal. Now I'm feeling more grounded than ever, able to think with more clarity, accept more love into my life and far less anxiety.

Keira is knowledgeable; she challenges you with kindness. She is an experienced, passionate instructor who has discovered a life-changing tool for trauma release.

I needed today. I went in crying and now I feel calm and ready to to move forward, ready to keep letting go."
